Advice for realistic looking eyebrows?
Our take
Hello. I've had no eyebrows for many years, since my teens. I've been drawing them on every morning for yrs & experimented with different ways but they never look as realistic as I've seen on others. I've used Rimmel London Professional Precise Pencil in Black/Brown for over a decade & it's passable, esp when I sharpen it & draw using strokes (lighter at the front & darkest in the middle) then smudged so they don't stand out.
But I'm looking for super realism lately & wondered if anyone has suggestions? I've seen some semi-permanent brow tattoo makeup & even 3D stick on things but I'm not sure.. So any advice or tips would be hugely appreciated!
Note - I can't cut bangs to cover them bc I have alopecia, that's the reason for the lack of brows too.

- No eyebrowsI am naturally very blonde, this translates to my eyebrows as well. They’re barely visible and I do not have a lot of hairs on my eyebrows too. I have tried dying them (in the picture) but I’m not too keen on doing it myself. Due to facial proportions (bigger forehead) it doesn’t suit me. I am trying to get a fuller look without me having to do a lot every day. I’d rather get them professionally done but not sure what to ask for. Any tips? submitted by /u/jessmaes [link] [comments]
- Brows help!!Hi!!! I am asking for brow advice. I typically tweeze them and shape them a bit with the lil razor thing that I use for my mustache too. But I would love a longer term solution. I don’t wear makeup daily and I prefer a natural look but I find they cramp my style… They are not plentiful… and they have two different shapes to them. Micro blading… brow tinting… threading… I just don’t know what to try 🥴 I’m not looking to really increase volume as I’m hoping to increase agreement between their shapes, and have an overall more well-kempt look. A tad more volume wouldn’t “bother” me but I definitely don’t want to deal with buyers remorse as they are quite blonde so I fear anything major will freak me out…. - how to get eyebrows defined like this?1st photo is my brows, the last 2 are my inspo. I understand the first girl might be wearing eyebrow makeup, but I want my eyebrows sharp and defined like theirs in a natural way (I understand it'll be a bit bushy), please lmk if you have any advice 😓 prom is coming up and i've also ALWAYS struggled to shave my eyebrows in a nice way (i use an eyebrow razor). submitted by /u/AccordingChoice957 [link] [comments]
- Brow hack?If you have unfortunate shaped brows naturally that are impossible to get the way you want then shave them off & draw them on the shape you desire. They have so many great brow solutions these days, especially 3D microblading.. Looks super realistic. It just makes sense. Thoughts? What are the downsides? submitted by /u/Fun_Cow_6292 [link] [comments]
