Am I lacking hydration?

Our take

At 23, noticing forehead wrinkles can feel concerning, especially with an expressive face and neurodivergent traits that amplify your reactions. It’s great that your current products haven’t irritated your sensitive skin, but tightness and irritation may indicate a need for more hydration. While you’ve had setbacks with toners and hyaluronic acid, consider incorporating gentle, hydrating options that suit sensitive skin. With a student budget, focus on affordable, nourishing products that enhance hydration without overwhelming your skin. Let’s explore effective solutions to achieve that radiant glow!
Am I lacking hydration?
Am I lacking hydration?

I am 23 and I feel like my forehead wrinkles are a bit extreme for my age? I have a very expressive face and eyebrows, I am neurodivergent and can’t really mask my reactions so I am always told I have very expressive eyebrows.

I use the products pictured before my makeup and also use the facial spray after my makeup for a more glowy look. I also have extremely sensitive skin so these products haven’t irritated me which is a win. I am just trying to figure out if this level of wrinkles is normal or if my skin is lacking even more hydration. My skin feels tight at times and a bit irritated.

I don’t use toners as all the ones i’ve tried have irritated my skin and caused severe breakouts! I also tried the ordinary hyaluronic acid and that absolutely destroyed my skin barrier. It caused dry patches and little white pimples around my nose and I have only just fixed it by removing the product from my routine + slugging (vaseline) with my regular innisfree moisturiser, and that has helped calm my skin down. I would love some advice here! I am also a student so don’t have a lot of money for expensive skincare <3
