Day and Night Routine help
Our take
Hello, fabulous friends! As I approach the big 3-0 next month, I've noticed some surprising changes in my skin. What used to be an oily complexion has evolved into a dehydrated mix, with pesky oiliness around my nose and an unwelcome increase in spots, especially along my jawline. To top it off, my pores seem to have doubled in size lately. I'm on the hunt for effective day and night routines or products that can help me tackle these issues.
Hello!
I turn 30 next month and have noticed my skin changing, I used to have very oily skin but now my skin almost seems dehydrated but still oily around my nose and I am now more prone to spots, particularly around my jaw line. My pores seemed to have also doubled in size the last few months. Just wondering if anyone has products/routines they would recommend for day and night? Im in the UK so preferably products I can get here.
Any help/advice is appreciated!

- 25 and my skin looks ROUGH, help!!Hi! I am a 25F with skin that shouldn't look as bad as it does. Wrinkles on my forehead, lots of texture, and dark spots from acne. My skin is hard to read in terms of oily vs dry but it is acne prone and definitely can get dry at times and oily at other times. Right now, this has been my night routine for a few months. It hasn't been great in eliminating lines, spots or texture but my skin has felt more hydrated. - Round lab foam cleanser - Anua peach toner - Prescription tret - Cetaphil daily moisturizing lotion for dry sensitive skin I am ashamed to admit it but in the morning I usually just throw on SPF 50 and call it good. I have been doing some research but I am getting kinda overwhelmed with all the info I am getting. Would these be better routines to match my needs? Do any of these products interact? Night: - Ma:nyo pure cleansing oil - Vanicream cleanser - Byoma milky toner - Prescription tret/The Ordinary Azelaic acid suspension 10% cream, alternating every other day - Avene Cicalfate protective cream Morning: - Vanicream cleanser - Byoma milky toner - SPF moisturizer submitted by /u/ranch518 [link] [comments]
- Routine help pleaseI have ok skin. I don’t have crazy acne or insane redness but I want a routine. I want to wash my face and moisturise it and put a serum on and all of that and I wanna make it the best it can be but I’m also scared if I start using skincare that I’ll mess my skin up when it’s already ok you know like don’t fix it if it ain’t broke sort of thing. I have like little bumps on my chin and my nose and make up never wants to sit on my nose and it doesn’t really stay I have dark circles and some discolouration I also have a connective tissue thing so my cheeks and eyelids are sagging a bit at 22 so any advice for that would be incredible. Please and thank you submitted by /u/Quiet-Will4037 [link] [comments]
- skin care help!!hiya divas! i'm a 23 year old who is struggling to find the right skin-care routine. i have dry skin and fairly large pores. i'm prone to acne breakouts as well, though it isn't bad enough for me to use acne products just a couple here and there. i'm currently using Cerave face wash and moisturizer, along with The Ordinary niacinamide serum, plus a hydrating toner and using a glycolic acid toner twice a week. my skin is better, but the pores and a few wrinkles around my eyes are bothering me really badly. any suggestions for a glass skin look? bonus for anyone who can give me a good hydrating primer that's cheap, my makeup is always cakey i swear submitted by /u/CurrentAggressive466 [link] [comments]
