Do you use lipsticks beyond expiration?

For example I have a few Maybelline creamy mattes and revlon super lustrous lipstick bought in 2021. A few of them have started smelling crayony. I don't wanna waste the money. Can I still use it?

I store them in cool dry conditions. It's just that I only use them in occasions like festivals or events or party. I haven't seen any mild on them but the smell has turned crayon like.

Chatgpt has scared me too much, so now need your opinions.

Please help your girl out! 🙏🏻😭
