DONT ORDER FROM MAKE BEAUTY COMPANY
Our take
If you're considering ordering from MAKE BEAUTY COMPANY, think twice! I placed an order for their hair relaxing system and other products back in November 2025, and here I am, six months later, still empty-handed. They charged me for expedited shipping in January, but nothing ever shipped. To make matters worse, they've disabled comments on Instagram, likely to silence the flood of complaints from other unhappy customers. Save yourself the trouble—don’t order from them.
When it comes to online shopping, we all know the thrill of finding that perfect product. However, the excitement can quickly turn to disillusionment if the service fails to deliver on its promises, as evidenced by a recent experience shared by a user regarding MAKE BEAUTY COMPANY. This tale serves as an important reminder of the perils that can accompany online transactions, particularly in the beauty industry, where trust and reliability are paramount. In a world where we often turn to products to enhance our self-expression, the disappointment of a failed order can feel particularly crushing, much like a fashion faux pas on the red carpet.
The user’s saga began with an order placed in November 2025 for a hair relaxing system and other products. Fast forward six months, and the products are still MIA. Despite paying for expedited shipping, the promised items never materialized. To add salt to the wound, it seems that MAKE BEAUTY COMPANY has taken the questionable step of disabling comments on their social media, possibly to shield themselves from a barrage of customer complaints. This kind of behavior raises red flags for potential customers. In an age where transparency is valued, and customer feedback can be a powerful tool for brands, shutting down criticism can be perceived as an admission of guilt.
This situation is not merely an isolated incident; it reflects a broader trend in the beauty industry. With the rise of online shopping, consumers are often at the mercy of brands that may not prioritize customer service. As we navigate through beauty products that promise to elevate our lives, the underlying question remains: how can we ensure that our shopping experiences are as glamorous as the products we seek? It’s essential for beauty consumers to take the time to research brands, read reviews, and engage with communities that share their experiences. For instance, if you’re looking for a reliable setting powder, you might take a look at what others are saying about Laura Mercier translucent setting powder is MAGIC.
Moreover, the impact of a bad experience can extend beyond the individual. It can shape perceptions of a brand and influence the collective attitude of consumers. When a brand fails to deliver, it not only risks alienating its current customer base but also deters potential new clients who might have otherwise been interested. In a similar vein, the experience shared by the user is reminiscent of the challenges faced in fashion, where a single misstep can lead to a cascade of negative reactions. Just as one must decide whether to keep or toss a piece in their wardrobe, brands must constantly evaluate their practices and consumer feedback. This is why it’s crucial for brands to prioritize customer service and engagement to build lasting relationships with their audience.
As we look ahead, the question becomes: how can we as consumers protect ourselves from these pitfalls? The answer lies in vigilance and community. Engaging in spaces like beauty forums or social media groups can provide insights and warnings about brands that may not meet expectations. After all, navigating the glamorous world of beauty and fashion should be filled with joy and excitement, not disappointment. So, the next time you’re contemplating that must-have product, remember the importance of due diligence — and perhaps reflect on what makes a brand truly deserving of your trust and investment.
Bad experience with MAKE BEAUTY COMPANY
Hi! Just want to share what happened to me, so no one make the same mistake. I order from MAKE BEAUTY some hair relaxing system and other products in November 2025 and still 6 months later I don’t receive my products. In January they made me paid a fast shipping supposedly to make a fast shipping but they didn’t ship anything. They have turn off all comments in instagram because apparently a lot of people are complaining for the exact same thing. Don’t order from them because products will never be deliver. Hope this helps
