How to dye blonde hair brunette without going green??
Our take
Ready to transform your naturally blonde locks into a rich brunette without the fear of turning green? You're not alone in seeking an approachable, DIY solution that won't break the bank! Many have tackled the challenge of dyeing blonde hair brunette, but the key to success lies in understanding color theory. While some suggest a touch of red to neutralize potential green tones, you can achieve your desired shade with the right semi-permanent dye and technique.
I have naturally blonde hair and am wanting to go brunette to dark brown I was thinking a semi permanent and hair mask to start off so it isn’t too drastic but I have heard heaps of people saying you need to counter with a red so it doesn’t go green?? I don’t want red hair at all does anyone know the correct portions or if I should use red? I don’t want to pay a million dollars to get it done professionally but I can see anything online!!
