This is what my legs look like but how do I fix it! (There’s a little bit of growth but that dots are always there).

I want to make my legs smooth (or at least, smoother) but I have red dots all over my skin. It feels smooth, just doesn’t look it.

So far I’ve found:
- Acid exfoliation (Cerave SA Body Wash), should I use this? Or continue with physical exfoliation?
- Urea moisturiser (at least 10%), I currently use a regular body moisturiser (thin, because anything too thick causes spots for me)
- Glycolic Acid 7% (The Ordinary), I currently use this and it’s helped most actual bumps, but not the colouration

Is any of this legit? And is there any of recommendations you guys have?
Help! I just want to finally like my legs this summer

I can’t wax, my hair grows REALLY fast, I shave twice a week and I still have a couple days where my hair has become easily visible, I’m not spending that much money on waxing, even if it is once a week 😂
