Mascara won’t come off no matter what I try. Advice??

I only wear mascara occasionally, but I’ve noticed that no matter what I use, it never fully comes off. I’ve tried different mascaras too (I never use waterproof btw), so I know it’s not just one product. I’ve also tried micellar water, Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, Clinique Cleansing Micellar Milk, makeup remover wipes, cotton balls, Q-tips, everything.

I shower every day, wash my face twice a day, and somehow I still find mascara on my eyes days later (there’s been times even a week later!) I literally made my friends watch my whole routine to see if I was doing something wrong, and they were confused because theirs comes off so easily. Starting to think maybe there’s something wrong with my eyelashes lol

Does this happen to anyone else?? Any suggestions??
