Multi Styling hair tool help!
Our take

| Hi! So I currently use the Revlon one step original to dry and style my hair. I say dry, but it’s usually almost 75% dry by the time I start using it. I really like it, but it’s so hard to clean the bottom part and the bristles. And I feel like it wears out super fast. So I wanted to get something similar to that, but also includes the curling barrels and diffuser. I know there’s the Dyson Airwrap and the Shark Flexstyle. I just didn’t know what would work best! I am a very indecisive person and I tend to always buy the same thing I already had; because I had change! I have thick wavy hair. I’ll post a picture for context. Just trying to see what everyone is using and what they like best! Like I said, I’m REALLY indecisive! [link] [comments] |

- Influence me- Dyson AirwrapHello! Considering a splurge on a Dyson Airwrap. Curious about your thoughts on if it's worth it, which model and why? 40/f and fairly low maintenance, always had good hair but no real blow drying skills and it's been feeling damaged/dry. Particularly some fried looking baby hairs at my temples. I have been using a Drybar round brush hairdryer which I think is pretty damaging. Straight thick hair with a bit of a wave to it, armpit length and color treated. I don't see myself using all the attachments of the newest model Coanda2x (just the curling blowout look and the smoother along with hairdryer) but the idea of the 2x speed is tempting to splurge extra on the newest option. It seems big to travel with the case but supposed to be lightweight. Do I go for it, with any coupon code I might be able to find? How about a refurbished ID model from the Dyson site? Or the original basic one? How to get the best deal and know it will last? Or tell me if it is a huge waste of money! submitted by /u/ExtentWise8602 [link] [comments]
- I need a hair tool that gives me the best hair ( fine hair )I live in a super humid place and my hair (slightly wavy) gets puffy FAST and loses shape right after styling. My roots are the worst — only a straightener makes them look sleek, otherwise they puff up immediately. I have the Shark FlexStyle and a Remington straightener but honestly… I’m not impressed. My hair still ends up puffy. I just want smooth, sleek, “salon blowout” hair that actually lasts all day with minimal effort. I work out 4x/week so I need something quick and efficient. I don’t care about the price — I just want something that works: tools or ONE good product (not 10 pls 😭). Dyson? GHD? What actually keeps hair from puffing in humidity?? submitted by /u/Ferielbch [link] [comments]
- Best Multi-Styler Hair Tool?Looking for the best Multi Styler! I just tested the BaByliss pro styler out on myself but I was looking to give it as a gift to my mom. I have 3A hair on the finer side and honestly I didn’t like the results all too much. It doesn’t get all that hot in my opinion which I know is good for heat damage prevention but overall I didn’t not yield the results I wanted. On the other hand, my mom is more of a 2B, on the coarse & thicker side so I’m wondering if results would be better or worse for her hair type. She curls & diffuses her hair a lot and blow dries, but she also has an old Revlon one step brush that she will use for blow outs. Looking for a multi styler tool that will work best for her. Any insight is appreciated! Tysm in advance !! submitted by /u/roasthistorychickn [link] [comments]
- Desperate for hair tool recommendationsHello, everyone I need so much help with hair tool recommendations. I feel like the amount of options is frying my brain. I'm looking for a blow dry brush (something that dries from wet and comes out straight) as well as a high speed blow dryer used with a blow out brush. I've been bombarded with so many ads from TYMO, WavyTalk, Shark, L'ange, Drybar etc and would love to know your experiences with these brands or others you've tried. A little bit about my hair: I have FRIZZY high porosity 2c/3a curls that are pretty damaged at the ends. On the longer side and medium thickness. I wash my hair once a week in the morning (usually Sunday), let it air dry for hours, and then straighten it (I've never found a way to embrace my curls). The whole process has gotten really tedious and I'm looking to make it quicker or more efficient. Any advice/experiences/recommendations would be so great!
