My super smooth feet guide i wanted to share with you girlies! Lemme know if it helped>3

Our take

Get ready to pamper your feet, girlies! I’m excited to share my super smooth feet guide that’s foolproof and fun! With just a few affordable essentials like Freeman Flirty Feet peeling spray and a trusty foot file, you can achieve soft, polished feet in no time. Remember, it’s all about balance—don’t overdo it to avoid cuts! From soaking to scrubbing, I’ll walk you through each step to ensure your feet feel as fabulous as they look.

Here’s my step by step foolproof guide on how to properly clean and polish your feet!

As a disclaimer, its important you do not overdo with these steps so you don’t get cuts:)

You’ll need Freeman Flirty Feet peeling spray (5 bucks on amazon), a nail file, tea tree oil (pure essential oil), a big foot file, and a super thick cream. I recommend either a urea foot stick or Nivea Creme. Optional is a clear polish for anyone who wants to add that pretty shine on their toenails, and a sugar scrub for the top of your feet to be smoother than a dolphin’s head

Start by filling a container with hot water and a few drops of tea tree oil then start soaking your feet for 10-20 minutes. The longer the better, but it really depends on the condition of your feet. If you have super crusty feet, leave them soaking for at least 15 minutes. If they are just lightly crusty in a few places, you might even be able to skip the step all together, but I still advise you soak for at least 7 minutes.

Then, take your foot file and begin scraping the crusty parts in a back and forth motion applying some pressure. If it hurts on the super crusted parts, than let it soak a little longer and scrape gently. Be sure to scrape your heel, beneath your big toe and all other places you have crusting. If you have a file with a buffing surface, use that on all the places you scraped with to ensure the dead skin is removed properly.

Once you finish removing the majority of the callouses this way, dry your feet and spray the Freeman Flirty Feet peeling spray on all the places you used your callous remover. It will help lift all the remaining crustiness off your feet. Spray a good amount and begin rubbing your fingers over it as it creates dead skin clumps. This stuff smells funny, but that’s just cause its super potent. After this step if finished, wash your feet. Feel how smooth they’ve become:)?

If you choose to use a sugar scrub at this point, slightly wet your feet and go ahead and scrub your whole feet with a good amount of scrub. When you’re finished, dry your feet again.

Now use your nail file to shape, clean and scrape your toe nails and toenail folds. Make sure you get all the gunk out and shape it to your desired length/shape.

Now for the tea tree oil. If you have stinky toes, toe fungus or athletes foot, apply a few undiluted drops of tea tree oil on your toes only. Not on your whole foot. This works extremely well and quickly for helping with these fungal or bacteria related problems on your toes. I know some people find this controversial, but for those who are actually wanting to get rid of your toe problems, this is the solution.

Lastly, apply your thick cream to your feet very generously and put some fluffy socks on over it. When you go to sleep and wake up, your feet will be unbelievably soft and smooth like mine;)!!

You can do this routine weekly to keep your feet pretty and smooth. Guys can do this too!

Let me know it anyone tried this and how it turned out and I hope this helps!
