I cannot tolerate commercial whitening strip. So I learned myself to significantly whitened my yellow teeth using

-oil pulling
-hydrogen peroxide
-hydroxyapatite toothpaste
-baking soda
-small tuft toothbrush (like mini toothbrush)

After a period of indulging in coffee and nonideal dental hygiene I’ll get so disgusted with myself that I finally do my whitening treatment .

After 1 week of the below, I and others notice a difference. After 2 weeks I’m flashing my pearly straightened whites in a big smile :)

Oil pulling-do this 2x a day for 20 minutes
Hydrogen peroxide- dilute a 5% food grade by adding 1:1 water, sometimes 1:3 depending on tooth sensitivity. Do this at least 3 times a day, but more if possible. ALWAYS follow up with the hydroxyapatite toothpaste to fill in your dendrites (name?) to prevent tooth sensitivity and aid in further whitening effects. I feel this is key
Every 2-3 days I use baking soda and the mini compact toothbrush to brush near my gumline as it’s the most yellowed there… don’t brush too hard. This is like doing landscaping on your teeth lol. Also I gently use baking soda on the surfaces.

For harder to reach stains, I can use floss dipped in baking soda to massage out the stains… be very careful as your enamel is precious. It can be restored.

Avoid eating ice cream, anything very sweet (immediately rinse mouth if you do), and certainly acidic things during process to prevent further sensitivity. Absolutely abstain from coffee and black tea as long as possible after this lol.
