please help me find my ideal sunscreens!!

Hey, sun seekers! I'm on a mission to find my two ideal daily sunscreens, and I need your help! First, I’m looking for a matte or velvet finish sunscreen that plays nicely under makeup and is safe for my somewhat acne-prone skin during the non-summer months when reapplication isn’t an option. Secondly, I want a skin tint with medium coverage that also offers that matte/velvet finish for the summer heat. I’m fair, cool-toned, and have slightly oily but mostly normal skin with some redness.

hello!! i’m on the hunt for TWO perfect daily sunscreens, one for my two types of day. i’m looking for a sunscreen for non-summer months when i’m wearing a full face of makeup and do not need to reapply, as well as a sunscreen for summer when i have to.

my FIRST ideal sunscreen is:

-matte/velvet finish

-works great under makeup

-safe for somewhat acne prone skin

my SECOND ideal sunscreen is:

-a skin tint!!!

-mediumish coverage

-also closer to a matte/velvet finish

-also safe for acne prone skin

for context, i’m quite fair & cool toned. i’m late teens, and my skin is slightly oily occasionally but overall normal with redness. finally, i’m in the US but am also happy for asian sunscreen recs
