I ordered some products on April 17th. I could see that the order was awaiting shipment, but it never left the “ready to go” status. I had them reorder it on April 28 and now the same thing is happening again. “Ready to go” and please give them 24 hours.
Does this happen a lot? I’m at the point where I may just ask for a refund and forget it. TIA
