Styling ideas?
Our take
Are you ready to elevate those vintage, flowy shorts you scored at Goodwill? High-waisted and effortlessly chic, these beauties deserve a standout styling approach beyond the basics. While a bodysuit or cropped tee is a solid start, let’s spice things up! Imagine pairing them with an oversized graphic tee knotted at the waist for a laid-back vibe, or layering with a denim jacket for that grungy edge. Finish off with black Mary Janes or Doc Marten lace-up boots to complete your alt-inspired look.

| I found these vintage, long, flowy shorts at Goodwill the other day. I thought they were cool but I have no idea how to style them! They’re super high waisted (almost too high) and I’ve thought about wearing a body suit/tight tank tucked in, as well as maybe a cropped tee, but those options seem boring! I’d like some more interesting ideas. I’m a 31 year old woman and I tend to lean toward grungy/alt/vintage style. For shoes I think they’d be cute with black mary jane’s or maybe even doc marten lace up boots. But idk! I’d love for some full outfit ideas and suggestions! [link] [comments] |
