truly smudge-proof mascara that holds a curl for short, straight lashes?

I've been researching mascaras for my short straight lashes but I have one problem -- every single mascara smudges on me. Ones that boast 'smudge proof' and even tubing somehow smudges on me (at least a little bit).

I'm looking for a mascara that holds the curl and more importantly, does not smudge. I dont care if it's hard to remove, I will get a remover if need be. I guess I have oily lids (? doesn't feel like it but I must since everything smudges on me) so I've been looking at the following (based on people I've talked to, sales people at the stores etc):

Kiss me Long Up super water proof
deja vu fiberwig
clio kill
Romand han all fix

has anyone used any of these and can provide input? (note -- I tried a search on this sub but the posts are pretty old, things may have reformulated since then so looking for more recent reviews)
