Roadmap

I’m a college student currently learning photography. I want to understand if I can turn this into a career or at least a side source of income in the future.

Is it possible to grow as a professional photographer while still learning and eventually do freelancing? How difficult is it to earn consistently in the long term?

Also, what steps should I follow to move forward? I’m basically looking for a clear roadmap.
