Heat protectants avice

So hiii I've never used a heat protectsnt before and I'm planning to get one soon but I don't know which one because they either have alcohol pretty high on the ingredient list or contain proteins,which I've heard that both of these aren't good for low porosity hair(like mine).I also have dense and black hair that it's also straight btw if any of these help and I'd prefer smth lightweight honestly and it doesn't have to be extremely complicated because I only blow dry my hair and I don't use anything else okie thxxxxx byeeeee🤪🤪🤪🤪
