Multiple Filters/tags in one column

Is there a way to create a table where I can select multiple option for one cell and it be filterable for any of the option?

I know that there is this option in notion by adding tags but I'd like to recreate it in Excel if possible.

In my case I want to filter certain drugs by one of their properties. This property sorts them into multiple possible outcomes. I would like to be able to filter by any of them and still see all of the option without having a ton of seperate columns. For example tagging the property "indication" of metformin as a drug for Diabetes as well as for PCOS. When I filter for Diabetes I would like to see all possible diabetes medications as well as their other indications in the same cell.

If there weren't as many indications I would have simply added a check box and filtered seperatly. In my case I would like to select the property from a list and not having to scroll for ages to see whether I missed some Indication after filtering

I am currently on Microsoft 365 for Enterprises
