Is anyone here still experiencing payment problems with Air Asia?Planning to rebook today.
Hi! Everyone, would really appreciate it if you could take a time to help me with this problem Im currently dealing.
Had a payment issues with Air Asia last monday, April 20th, where my card was charged but no email confirmation/itinerary sent to me until now. I filed a case thru AskBo and said that I have to wait after 7 days as the case is still under investigation.
While waiting for the status of my 1st booking, I plan to rebook since Bo said that it is generally safe to rebook so that I will not run out of seats. With this, I just want to confirm if anyone here still experiencing problems booking thru the website or thru the app? I wanted to rebook now but still scared of encountering the same problem again 😭💔.
