Waxing vs shaving

I (25f) have been waxing at a chain for almost 3y my full legs and underarms, different locations but consistent on waxers. They always tell you to be consistent with waxing for your progress but if I’m honest I’m just not seeing great results still after 3y. I am Hispanic and have PCOS and grow a lot of very dark and curly hair. I get such bad ingrowns every time, I’ve tried every product under the sun and have a VERY strict after care routine that just isn’t working for all the money and time I’ve spent during my waxing journey. These are just from this lazy waxing session April 8th. Anyone with this type of problem what do you do? It’s just not worth it to me anymore any tips on what shaver to use when I switch or possibly more products to try lol
