Im 28 and noticing fine lines starting to appear on my forehead. What do I need to do skincare wise to help with this?
Our take
At 28, spotting fine lines on your forehead can feel alarming, but fear not! It’s a natural part of aging, and the right skincare routine can work wonders. Since you’re new to retinol, consider starting with a gentle formula to help boost collagen production and improve skin texture. Incorporate hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid and antioxidants to enhance your glow. Remember, a balanced diet and hydration play crucial roles too.
Ive never used retinol or anything before, please can someone point me in the right direction with what to do for skincare routine, products that may help?etc
I know drinking plenty of water and eating well is something to work on

- What's the next step after LED + microcurrent for forehead line?Hi guys! I’m in my late 30's and my main concern is a single forehead line. I’m currently using a red light therapy mask, microcurrent, and retinol (planning to switch to retinal soon), and I’m consistent with sunscreen. I’m wondering what would be the most effective next step—would something like RF or silicone patches make a noticeable difference, or should I just stick with my current routine? Would really appreciate hearing what worked for others! submitted by /u/Water_Sprout_3030 [link] [comments]
