What's the next step after LED + microcurrent for forehead line?

Our take

Hey there! If you’re tackling that forehead line and have already embraced red light therapy, microcurrent, and retinol, you’re on the right track! As you consider your next steps, options like radiofrequency (RF) treatments or silicone patches could offer noticeable improvements. RF can stimulate collagen production for longer-lasting results, while silicone patches may provide temporary smoothing effects. Ultimately, it’s about finding what complements your existing routine best. Let’s dive into what others have found effective and get you closer to that glowing, line-free forehead!

Hi guys! I’m in my late 30's and my main concern is a single forehead line.

I’m currently using a red light therapy mask, microcurrent, and retinol (planning to switch to retinal soon), and I’m consistent with sunscreen.

I’m wondering what would be the most effective next step—would something like RF or silicone patches make a noticeable difference, or should I just stick with my current routine?

Would really appreciate hearing what worked for others!
